We ship Mon-Thu using DHL RM 7/kg (W.M only).
We don't want you to get stale bagels! We baked fresh daily and will send out the package on the day or next day, and are intended to go right into your freezer on arrival.

贝果含水量较低，容易老化 (很硬)。 同样是消费者，我们不希望客户收到硬邦邦的贝果。我们坚持新鲜烘焙并当天或隔天发货。收到包裹请直接冷冻保存(结冰处)。

We guarantee product freshness & did our best to pack upon handle to courier. Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier. We DO NOT accept returns or refunds to any spoiled products due to delivery issues. Please keep bagel in freezer (frozen) immediately once received.
